
Election legislation on the Isle of Man should take into account a person's capacity to vote.
That's the view of Rushen MHK Juan Watterson who yesterday gave evidence to a select committee looking at the organisation and operation of last year's General Election:
He believes the issue of capacity is due a 'legislative overhaul' in general but says its impact on elections needs to be recognised.
